Here at Little Garden Company we understand that your order is urgent and needs to be with you as quickly as possible. That’s why we aim to dispatch your order within the next working day and get it to you through our trusted courier network as safely as can be.
We currently offer two delivery rates to help you receive your order simply pick the speed you’d like your order to arrive and we will do the rest.
When will it arrive
Standard orders normally arrive with 2 to 6 working days from dispatch. This will be by 2nd class post or standard courier service.
£2.99 per order
Speedy orders are sent via 1st class post or 24 hour courier service. Over 90% of orders are delivered next working day after dispatch for orders placed before 9am.
£6.99 per order
Unfortunately we do not offer a timed service or weekend delivery option
I live in xyz, do you deliver to me?
Some of the items we offer online are particularly large or awkward and some of the country are not fully covered by our couriers. If you live offshore or in a far flung corner please accept our apologies if we can’t deliver to you yet.

Terms and Conditions
We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).
1. Prices and Payment
(Please note, we currently offer some goods priced to include all delivery charges meaning some points below will not apply.)
The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed in the checkout stage where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.
littlegardencompany.co.uk cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
2. Your Right to Cancel your Order
You may cancel your order at any stage before the goods are dispatched to you. If you wish to cancel your order you can email us by using the contact us link (*excluding made to order products). In some cases we may be too late to cancel your order, so in this case we will let you know.
3. Our returns and refunds policy
If you are not satisfied with the order you have received from LittleGardenCompany.co.uk you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery (*exclusions apply). We will refund any unused items returned to us, as sold in their original condition, with the Packing Slip received with your order. Although, original delivery charges and return costs are not be eligible for a refund for unwanted items. Once we receive your return please allow 28 days for the refund to be processed.

*Exclusions: excludes products made to specific requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. Exchange and Refunds for Faulty, incorrect or damaged goods
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the faulty item for you. If you do not want a replacement, then this will be classed as an unwanted item, so please see point 3. above.

5. How to Return Items
If you wish to return your order to us as you have changed your mind that is no problem at all. There is no need to contact us to say you would like to do so, just read and follow the instructions below.
If you have an Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged item, please see the section 4 above.
Return Terms & Conditions
1. Items must be returned to us in their original packaging, not used or opened, undamaged and in a resalable condition.
2. Any item that is not in its original packaging, has been used or opened, damaged and not in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to withhold all, or a percentage of the refund.
3. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of when the tracking for your parcel states the item was delivered. Any items returned outside this specified timescale may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Original Delivery and Return costs are non-refundable.
How to Return Your Parcel
1. Attach the Returns Address Label on your packing slip to the parcel.
2. Please remove/cover up any existing address/courier labels from the parcel.
3. Package item(s) safely and adequately in appropriate packaging (i.e. a box or a jiffy bag for example) to prevent damage during transit.
4. You will need to include this Packing Slip (or a copy of) in the parcel so we can identify who the parcel is from.
5. Post the Parcel via Royal Mail or a Courier. We suggest taking out any additional insurance to cover the cost of goods and/or using a recorded delivery service for proof of delivery to us, as no refund can be given for lost items.
6. Please retain your proof of posting receipt.
7. Upon the return of the parcel, the contents will be checked for missing parts and damage in transit, before a refund is processed.
8. Once the item has been received back here, please allow 28 days for the item to be refunded.
6. Undelivered items
Our nominated couriers will try to deliver goods to the address provided. Once the goods have been dispatched we cannot change delivery addresses.
If the courier is unable to deliver the goods within a reasonable period, the goods will be returned to us and the fees for re-delivery and redirection will be charged to the Card that was used to order the goods.
If a customer arranges re-delivery either to the same address or to another address with the courier, any costs incurred will be charged to the customer's card that was used to order the goods.
7. Additional Returns Information
1. Stock cannot be reserved for exchanges or replacements.
2. Goods that have been used cannot be replaced or refunded.
3. We would advise that littlegardencompany.co.uk cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure parcels are adequately insured.
4. littlegardencompany.co.uk does not offer a free returns service
5. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for goods that have been transported away from the original delivery address
6. Please note not all postage and packaging costs are eligible for a refund so please enquire with us first
7. Damaged, faulty or incorrect Goods must not be returned without email confirmation from littlegardencompany.co.uk.
8. Goods must not be returned without obtaining a returns reference number, unless we have specified you do not need one.
9. Faults and Damages must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery
10. Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in a resalable condition, otherwise the offending item(s) may not be refunded
littlegardencompany.co.uk will not accept claims to cover the cost of returned items. We suggest taking out additional insurance at the post office to cover the cost of your goods if needed and asking for a signed for service for proof of delivery to us, as no refund can be given for lost items.
8. Collection Service
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods being returned using our courier service organised by littlegardencompany.co.uk, the following applies:
1. Any unsuccessful collection may be chargeable, so please ensure you are in on your chosen day, or you have specified to us a safe place the parcel has been left.
2. Any item(s) found to be damaged and/or not in a resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund, even if you have used littlegardencompany.co.uk Collection service, as you are responsible for packaging the item(s) safely and adequately.
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of littlegardencompany.co.uk.
We do not accept orders to addresses that are outside our normal couriers' price band. If extra costs are incurred from our couriers over and above our standard rate they shall be charged to the customer.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.
We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. Sometimes substitute products will be given where specification of the product is deemed appropriate by us. If the product is cheaper than of that ordered a refund for the difference may be offered. All sizes and amounts quoted are approximate.
Before working with electricity, gas or water you should always consult an appropriate professional electrician or CORGI registered plumber. Always read and follow any relevant manuals and safety instructions. When working with electricity always turn off the mains. In connection with building work, littlegardencompany.co.uk cannot advise on planning permission or building regulation issues.
